Coronavirus Biblical Insight – When shall this be stopped?

Did the ancient people during the era of Moses 5780 years ago Hebrew calendar have experienced similar pandemic at we have now?
The answer is definitely yes! As the bible said,
Deuteronomy 28:59. He will send on you and on your descendants incurable diseases and horrible epidemics that can never be stopped.
Before we go further, I would first like to remind the whole world about the strict compliance of the social distancing protocol, because in this way we can minimize the spread of the virus and so that you are safe at well at your family. On this pandemic that we are experiencing as of the moment is giving us to options, REST IN HOME OR REST IN PEACE. That’s why we have the so called quarantine and it is strictly implemented for the whole people in the world. You are safer while inside your houses, there is nothing to lose in following the instructions. Isaiah 26:20 Go into your houses, my people, and shut the door behind you. Hide yourselves for a little while until God’s anger is over.
What should we be doing at home now with our family?
The only benefit we got from this pandemic is that we are gathered together forcefully whether we like it or not. Some children were longing to be with their parents but it did not happen because businessmen are so busy and sometimes forgot to give their precious time to their family. I remembered a story of a son and a father that one day before his father left from home he asked him if how much is he earning for the 1 day. The father said that I made $200, and why are you asking about that? the boy said, because I want to ask $150. The father was so upset why he asked such big amount being a kid and shouted the son to go inside his room because he didn’t have that amount. The boy was loudly crying in the room, until few minutes the father felt pity with his beloved son and gave the $150 that he asked, but before giving it he asked, ‘what are you doing with the money? The son replied, I have saved $50 and now with that $150 I can now have total of $200, can I pay you $200 to stay by my side for the whole day today? So time is really precious because this is the only thing that you can not get back. So I am sure a lot of kids in the world today are thanking God for this pandemic.
While staying at home it is also our best chance to engage ourselves a closer relationship with God. Let’s thank him for keeping at safe from this horrifying virus. In our prayers before going to sleep, we should always include the wishes of hoping that we can still wake up tomorrow, because some people woke up and realized that they are already dead and we don’t want it. If God awakes you then thank him for the breath of life that he still let you use. This life that we have is just lent to us by God and one day he will take it back. Ecclesiastes 12:7 Our bodies will return to the dust of the earth, and the breath of life will go back to God, who gave it to us.
Will Covid-19 end the world?
This crisis that we are having now is not yet the exact sign of ending the world. Yes! there is really and end of the world and how it will be ended? by burning up including heavenly bodies and not by virus.
2 Peter 3:10 But the Day of the Lord will come like a thief. On that Day the heavens will disappear with a shrill noise, the heavenly bodies will burn up and be destroyed, and the earth with everything in it will vanish.
It maybe take few months more before the vaccines or cure of it can be discovered, and it can surely be discovered, we only need to wait for the right time of God. God is so pleased when people are calling him and recognizing him to be our creator and God. He knows how difficult is our situations nowadays and we just wait for when is the right time for him to bless the scientist, doctors, virologist to discover the perfect cure for it.
Ecclesiastes 3:2-6 He sets the time for birth and the time for death,the time for planting and the time for pulling up,3the time for killing and the time for healing,the time for tearing down and the time for building.4He sets the time for sorrow and the time for joy,the time for mourning and the time for dancing,5the time for making love and the time for not making love,the time for kissing and the time for not kissing.6He sets the time for finding and the time for losing,the time for saving and the time for throwing away,
Should we be worried?
NO? but we should be worried only about where shall we be after we die, whether heaven or hell.
Matthew 10:28 Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather be afraid of God, who can destroy both body and soul in hell.
We all will die in whatever ways whether virus, old age or any other sickness on God’s appointed time. But even though he created hell it doesn’t mean that he wanted us to go there, it is our freewill or freedom that decided. God loves us with unlimited freedom, he’s not like us the human being that if we tell our children to not to open a particular box with valuable items, we still didn’t trust them because we told them not but we are locking it with bolt so that it can’t be opened, but God is not like that or else if God would like you to follow him forcibly. When he said, “do not kill” and still you killed and after killing you will die then people will be afraid to violate his commandment because of the instant punishment. The good news is no matter how bad you were and no matter what sins you had done it’s all forgivable by God, especially if you had done it out of ignorance to God. 1 Timothy 2:3-4 This is good and it pleases God our Saviour, 4who wants everyone to be saved and to come to know the truth.
Can coronavirus be stopped and who can do it?

Such incurable diseases and epidemics were mentioned to be unstoppable, and why he stopped it? because God is a merciful Lord and he hears the prayers of those he loves, so instead of letting them die with the virus God stopped it because he still found some people who repented from their sins. What we should accustomed is that we should make God at our first hope not the last resort. A lot of people whenever they are sick, they will first rely on what the doctors can do and then later when it’s incurable they will give it to God for healing. There are even some people blaming God to what happened to them. If we really believed in God whatever will happen he is always good. Whenever we experience miraculous healing, it’s not because of the power of the doctors, they are only instruments used by God for you to receive it. Therefore, thank God for it, because it’s not the doctor that healed you but God. Doctor can not cure by himself once he will be having a so called incurable diseases in other words he has only a limited capability for healing under the will of God. If God wants us to rest we can not refuse it. Even if you can afford the ticket to go to the moon where the doctor is there who you think can heal you, you will still die to your appointed time. Hebrews 9:27 Everyone must die once, and after that be judged by God.
Let us be fair with God, let’s not only call him when we’re in trouble but everytime make it a habit that we are living with fear, respect, and acknowledgement that he is our creator and God.
James 5:13 Are any of you in trouble? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises.
Whoever would wish to become his favorite child he should have a close and constant communication with him. Meaning, you will pray not only when you need him but everytime whether you are happy or sad. therefore, the best test of faith is even you’re prayer is not answered you’re still able to say thank you Lord. God is calling to everyone of us to come back to him for repentance, and God is giving us all a chance to be saved at long at we’re alive. Let’s not wait for the time when he will say, Proverbs 1:24-27 I have been calling you, inviting you to come, but you would not listen. You paid no attention to me. 25You have ignored all my advice and have not been willing to let me correct you. 26 So when you get into trouble, I will laugh at you. I will mock you when terror strikes — 27when it comes on you like a storm, bringing fierce winds of trouble, and you are in pain and misery.
Again is covi-19 pandemic the end of the world?
God is a merciful Lord, at long as there are still people that recognized him as creator he will not do it. Among 7 billions people of the world I believe there are millions of them who seriously believed in God and there are other millions of them who are ready and willing to believe , but are just confused due to ignorance about the words of God. God will never destroy the earth if he still sees people who always call him. He is just watching from above and he is pleased with people who are good hearted, generous, loving and kind. Proverbs 15:3 The LORD sees what happens everywhere; he is watching us, whether we do good or evil.
If there were at least ten people in sodom and gomorah that would repent and come back to God, it would not have been destroyed, because God will spare the rest for the sake of ten that’s how he loved the humanity. Please read this conversation between abraham and God regarding sodom and gomorah.
Genesis 18:23-33 Abraham approached the LORD and asked, “Are you really going to destroy the innocent with the guilty? 24If there are fifty innocent people in the city, will you destroy the whole city? Won’t you spare it in order to save the fifty? 25Surely you won’t kill the innocent with the guilty. That’s impossible! You can’t do that. If you did, the innocent would be punished along with the guilty. That is impossible. The judge of all the earth has to act justly.”26The LORD answered, “If I find fifty innocent people in Sodom, I will spare the whole city for their sake.”27Abraham spoke again: “Please forgive my boldness in continuing to speak to you, Lord. I am only a man and have no right to say anything. 28But perhaps there will be only 45 innocent people instead of fifty. Will you destroy the whole city because there are five too few?”The LORD answered, “I will not destroy the city if I find 45 innocent people.”29Abraham spoke again: “Perhaps there will be only forty.”He replied, “I will not destroy it if there are forty.”30Abraham said, “Please don’t be angry, Lord, but I must speak again. What if there are only thirty?”He said, “I will not do it if I find thirty.”31Abraham said, “Please forgive my boldness in continuing to speak to you, Lord. Suppose that only twenty are found?”He said, “I will not destroy the city if I find twenty.”32Abraham said, “Please don’t be angry, Lord, and I will speak just once more. What if only ten are found?”He said, “I will not destroy it if there are ten.” 33After he had finished speaking with Abraham, the LORD went away, and Abraham returned home.
Conclusion
Once again let’s all not worry about this pandemic, this is curable at a matter of fact there are plenty people who have recovered. As of this moment 7:41 pm US time of april the 20th there are 654,272 who have recovered and it’s a big sign that this sickness can be healed, although there are still 1,662,181 who are still in a mild cases while we need pray still for the remaining 56,718 people who are in critical condition. I hope and I pray that God will still extend their lives through healing according to his will. And I thank God for keeping at all safe from this horrible virus. these all I ask in Jesus name amen…
